We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfilment. This does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal; see our Return and Refund Policy.

You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after completing your purchase. Please check your spam or promotions folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

We currently deliver to Sweden, Finland and Norway. Orders are shipped from Sweden. See our Shipping Policy for current delivery times and rates.

Yes. All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

The total delivery time, including order processing, is normally 2–5 business days for Sweden and Finland and 2–6 business days for Norway. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or carrier delays.

Orders to Sweden and Finland are sent within the EU, so no customs or import charges are due on delivery. For Norway, Norwegian VAT is included in the price and collected at checkout. Gårdisto is VOEC-registered; eligible VOEC orders normally have no additional import VAT, customs duties or carrier clearance fees on delivery. If you are charged in error, please contact us with documentation of the charge.

Tracked standard shipping is free to Sweden. To Finland, shipping is free on orders of EUR 200 or more. To Norway, shipping is free on orders of NOK 2,175 or more. Below these thresholds, shipping is calculated at checkout. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving your order. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction for diminished value. After that, Gårdisto offers voluntary returns through day 30 under separate conditions. See the Returns Policy linked at the bottom of this page for return instructions and deadlines.

We do not charge a fixed return fee. For an ordinary return, you arrange the return shipment and pay its direct cost. For a valid complaint about faulty goods or an incorrect delivery, Gårdisto covers the necessary return shipping. See the Returns Policy linked at the bottom of this page.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To change size or colour, please return the original item in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order.

When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. Voluntary returns on days 15–30 are normally refunded within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Refunds use your original payment method. Fit information is provided on each product page. Some Gårdisto garments are designed with a relaxed or oversized silhouette, so we recommend reviewing the product-specific size guide before ordering.

The size guide is available from the relevant product page and from the Size Guide page in the store. Measurements are provided to help you select the most suitable size.

Your preferred fit should guide your choice. Select the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for a more relaxed silhouette. Product-specific recommendations should take priority where provided.

Materials vary by product and are listed on each product page. Gårdisto prioritises considered materials, quality construction and long-lasting comfort. Further information is available on our Materials & Certifications page.

Always follow the care instructions shown on the garment label. Washing at lower temperatures, using a gentle cycle and avoiding unnecessary tumble drying can help preserve the garment’s fit, colour and finish.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout and may vary by country, device and browser. They may include major cards, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MobilePay. The options shown at checkout are the ones available for your order.

Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers supported by Shopify. Gårdisto does not store your full card details.
