Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse in Sweden.
Delivery regions
We currently deliver to Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.
We reserve the right to update our delivery regions when necessary.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed.
During promotions, product launches or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery method
- Sweden: PostNord delivery to a collection point.
- Norway: PostNord delivery to a service point with tracking.
- Finland and Denmark: DHL standard tracked delivery.
Express shipping is not offered.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so that you can follow the delivery.
Delivery times
The total delivery time is normally 2–5 business days for Sweden, Finland and Denmark and 2–6 business days for Norway, including order processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs processing, carrier handling or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is included in the product price and is shown as free at checkout.
Customs and import charges
Shipments to Sweden, Finland and Denmark are sent within the EU. No customs or import charges are due on delivery.
For Norway, Norwegian VAT is included in the price and collected at checkout. Gårdisto is VOEC-registered, and all products currently available in our store qualify under the scheme. Orders are therefore delivered without additional import VAT, customs duties or carrier clearance fees. If you are charged an import fee in error, please contact us and include documentation of the charge.
Transfer of risk
Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, physically receives the goods.
If delivery is made to a collection point, the goods are considered received when they are collected.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to our actual return-shipping and administration costs. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
